The last year was filled with chaos, love, hope, shock, and everything in between, but more than anything, it brought us closer to YOU! Our lovely, lovely readers. As The Antidote grows, we hope to provide you with more helpful tips and tricks at managing your anxiety and maintaining a conducive mental health routine! We are so proud and honored to have you share your mental health journey with us as we share ours with you. May we continue to grow, glow, and climb this coming year; as a community, a group of friends, and a virtual family!
Now, as we all know, January is about the new beginnings and goals we set for ourselves, and more likely than not, break, and re-start, as is par for the course. The most important thing during these times is to persevere, continue, and not get discouraged. There will be bumps and roadblocks, but their only purpose is to veer us off course, which will not happen! For us, the best way to keep an organized schedule and keep up with a new set of goals set forth by our over-confident, champagne-filled, January 1st selves is to get a schedule in order. For some, that’s best managed on an online organizer, whether on your phone or laptop. For us, we prefer to buy a new yearly planner, as we all once did in school, and fill it full of dreams and ambitions- tracking our progress daily! Below, our favorite planners to keep you motivated, in check, and on the right path to being the healthiest, happiest you!
