The best way to prepare for the post-summer blues is to have a healthy and good sleep schedule! Your rest at its best💅 But don't worry, we've got your back (literally). Here are some healthy habits and sleeping tips that'll keep you cool, calm, and collected for the weeks ahead!

2. Pajama party: Choose the fabric, fit, and style that most puts you at ease, because our body is incredibly responsive when we feel uncomfortable so it’s important to be as detail oriented as possible. 3. Netflix and no chill: Sorry, boo, but late-night binge-watching isn't your friend. And that also means no phone 2 hours to 30 minutes before bed. Not only will your body and mind finally relax from the over stimulation but you can channel that time into some healthy meditation practices- remember, a clear mind does wonders.
