September has sprung and so has a new burst of inspiration- if you’re ready for it. The best time to do something worthwhile and transformative is usually at the start of the month, when you’re full of energy, inspiration, and new ideas!
It starts with one small step that turns into a pattern that in turn becomes a habit and eventually, a lifestyle. Implementing small changes throughout your day, your week, or your year, can impact you greatly in the grand scheme of things.
You have to live with an alignment of consistency and small progress- anything where you can reward yourself, or feel proud, even something small and seemingly inconsequential.
For me, that looks something like waking every morning, partaking in a 5-10 minute meditation and doing something every day that impacts both my body and mind positively. That could be a short walk, a game of tennis, or even a cooking class! So, this week- start your goal of amending one thing a day to benefit an OVERALL you.
