It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! And that means everything gets a little heightened, frenzied, and oftentimes, stressful! Last week, we had the rules of getting through the festive rush and surviving the holidays! This week’s special newsletter is all about going into December full of love, joy, excitement, and festive cheer!
It’s not always easy to appreciate the good when you're constantly surrounded by so much worrying news, familial problems, work dilemmas, and so much more! You feel like your enjoyment could be taking away from acknowledging the pain and suffering of the world around you- but, it’s quite the opposite, in fact. Taking the time to appreciate what you have, like your family and friends being in good health, or knowing you have a full year to look ahead, full of new opportunities and adventures, can be especially difficult.
So, this year, we’re making it official: by writing down 31 things you are grateful for, for every day of December, to remind yourself whenever you feel down or uninspired or forlorn, of everything small and large that you have to be grateful for! Whether it’s the impending snow that’s about to fall down and your getting to witness it- write it down! A new relationship to look forward to? Write it down! By romanticizing your life and appreciating all that comes with it, you will encourage more excitement, more love, and more joy to envelop you for the holiday season and the next year!
Holiday Mantra
Your Mantra to start this week is:
For the next month, everything I see will be magical, everything I read will be electric, and everyone I encounter will be inspiring.
