To greet the questionable month of February, there is no better start than a little manifestation! Whether you’ve given up on half of your resolutions from the New Year, or upheld them with the might of Zeus, it’s great to chronicle your journey in a manifestation journal or a vision board to continue your journey upwards! Visually seeing the progress tends to help us get there faster psychologically, even if we personally haven't gotten there yet. It takes our mind a little while longer to reconcile with some things, so giving that visual stimulation really adds a certain ‘je ne sais quois’!

My personal favorite is a tangible, physical vision board, with visual aids and inspiring photos- anything from beautiful locations I see online to people whom I look up to- whatever inspires you fires you up! Some find it easier to chronicle their progress and goals in written form, in a journal or notebook, with annotations and adjustments to acknowledge their progress. There is no one way to manifest the life you want to leap towards, you need only to start. So, below, we encourage you to pick one of 3 ways to become the architect of your dream life!

  1. Get a large, white cardboard paper and begin to glue images that inspire you, or visuals that provide you with the vision of what you want. Below each image, or next to it, describe what you want and how you’d feel having received it. Something along the lines of, “I would love to visit ____and it would make me feel so incredibly grateful to share this experience with my loved ones!”

  2. Buy a notebook that evokes joy or happiness within you, whether it be your favorite color pattern or texture, and start journaling in there of all the things you want and how you’d feel if you’d received them. You can itemize the list, or free form write it. Begin to thank the universe for blessing you for all that you have and all that you’re getting- remember, an attitude of gratitude!

  3. If freestyling your goals and dreams can get a little tricky for you, you can purchase a pre-written gratitude/manifestation journal with guided prompts that help you get to the place you need to be. There are step by step guides for how to figure out what you want, how you can actualize it, and continue the pattern of working towards that, gratefully and with clarity!
